These experiences have helped hone in her skills, global HNW clientele & knowledge in the industry since 2005. She has also developed her own large network of globe-trotting high net worth clients, production personnel, variety entertainment & multi-faceted creatives while managing The Box, a globally renowned immersive theater cabaret & nightclub in NYC, taking charge of VIP Guest Relations for 5 years and overseeing Brand Ambassadors & tailoring marketing strategies for the underground theater. At the time, The Box won awards as Best in Nightlife at the Concierge Awards for consecutive years.
From there, she became the Founder & Brand Creative Director of Vox Noctem, a female-led experiential event production, an underground collective force of world class creatives born out of the sheer desire to push boundaries in hospitality & nightlife into more presence & authenticity by bringing connective experiences along with the feminine Yin energies into the forefront. April lead the creative and innovation vision of the guest experience, brand image , marketing and expansion strategy, paving new narratives in nightlife, hospitality & performance art. With her strong strategic thinking, powerful storytelling, daring creative ideation, and experienced execution, she helped inspire changes in luxury bottle service throughout New York City. Art, afterall, begins with a sensory exploration, focusing on the process rather than the product making the entire luxury concierge experience more sought after, while bottle service came along within the artistic expression of storytelling.
Along with Vox Noctem’s own branded experiential events, April has been driven by her passion for branding, design, guest experience & marketing by consulting with other startups & global brands. She relishes in the challenge of creating guerilla style, artful & intentional ways to market to a brand’s target demographic while nourishing & supporting the company’s ethos & brand integrity. She has been a part of rebranding, production, creative strategy & design strategies to increase market & brand awareness that has raised the revenue of projects, while utilizing market driven research & data to support her process, along with building/training teams, supporting growth with partnerships within hospitality to build or enhance its luxury global standing.

Born in the tropical islands of the Philippines & raised in Queens, New York, April finds inspiration in the multifaceted nature & cultures around her—with a deep spiritual belief in the interconnection of all things, and feminine ancestral wisdom within. An avid reader, theater buff & cinephile from early childhood, April has gravitated to mythologies, folklores, fairytales, esotericism & mysticism which reflectively mirrors much of her storytelling in her conceptualization, ideation & design process. As a daughter of immigrants, her early experiences of childhood inequity inspired her to create a more inclusive & socially responsible world.
Working in the luxury nightlife of Manhattan’s hospitality sector, while studying at Baruch College for Marketing, she spent decades integrating much of her education within all aspects of work while immersing herself in various roles in Manhattan. She has over 18 cumulative years experience as a Brand Creative Director, Brand Ambassador, Experience Design & Program Director, Marketing Consultant, Director of Client Relations & Guest Experience, as well as an Event Producer & Hospitality Manager. She has trained & led different teams within Hospitality & Events Production.
April Love, an innovative multi-disciplinary, cross-generational, and diversely collaborative individual, is passionate in building ideas rooted in Neuro-aesthetics & Feng Shui principles; the impact of aesthetics on the brain, the heart and our whole wellbeing. She is focused on the development and ideation of future forward ecosystems that take care of place and Self, merging science, tech, art, craftsmanship, architecture, wellness, fashion and indigenous wisdom from multi cultures. Invoking deeply moving experiences that bend time & space from her audience, she pulls much from her memories, travels, spiritual growth & multi-cultural perspectives, while inspiring authentic engagement and presence. The driving force that works within her is the impact of building community, creating holistic spaces, & instilling more sustainable business practices.
Over the years, April Love helped develop, pivot, or globally scale brands' visual expressions across the arts & culture, hospitality, design, beauty, performing arts, home, technology, entertainment and food & beverage.
